The system designed and built is used to manage students, classes, teachers, campuses and case information regarding the student. The system manages at risk youth to help them counseling and getting the education they deserve in an environment that puts them in smaller groups and less distractions with staff trained to deal with extreme conditions. This is a full school management system with attendance, lunch orders, student lunch needs, grade books, progress reports, grade cards, various county and state reporting, tracking of counseling hours and civil hours. As well as all persons involved with this student so they can be easily notified of situations.Originally this school only had a few campuses but with this system they were able to expand and manage many more campuses, staff and students.
PixelTek
This is a company with global ties specializing in optical sensors, imaging, filters and coatings. The system that this client used was originally developed in-house. We were brought in to revamp and upgrade to include security and better management of documentation for the different processes the company uses to produce products. The documentation is updated and revised at various times for various companies. The new system offers improved control the flow of the documentation with quality control and review. The system also manages human resources and review of staff. At the end of the project we built them numerous custom reports.
Connected Power
A company that estimates projects with material, labor, test equipment and expenses. Gathers information about the project using pictures and notes. Manages a price manual that is used to create estimates from. Manages Clients, Vendors, Staff and Contacts. Staff members in the field use an iPad to retrieve information specific to the project their on. Tracks time of staff that has been assigned to a project. Staff has a time clock type functionality on their iPhone, that allows them to choose the project they have been assigned to begin and end time applied to a project. Allowance of a user to create and send invoices to clients. Ability to do reporting on time applied to a project and time used per staff member.
Jones
This company uses their system to manage contracts with the companies they work with to retrieve card board collected from products that those companies would typically throw out. The system helps predict the amount of card board that could possibly be onsite to help setup a routing collection of that material. Within the system there is the ability to manage the selling of material to recycling centers. Recycling centers are billed and product locations are paid for material picked up. the system allows for determination of profit margins for each route ran. Each driver has a mobile device that allows them to enter information about each stop on the route, how much was picked up, how much supplies were left, time between stops, collects signature from the stop and a receipt is generated and emailed to the stop. This data is then synced back to the office for processing and to track route effectiveness.

This law firm uses their system gather information from prospects who could become clients. After reviewing their case and they are taken on there is a case record where information is gathered in relation to that case. Including documents, pictures, notes, costs and arrangements with other attorneys. One of the systems most used functions is the different forms and letters that it can generate and manage to help the attorneys to quickly create and provide the necessary documentation to the courts in the format the courts require.
Veritas
A company that rents and rent-to-own band instruments to students. This company operates nationwide with affiliates throughout the United States. They have rental contracts that are able to manage the different state requirements for renting instruments. The system gives them the ability to manage monthly payments with call-ins using credit cards, credit card payment to their website and automatic monthly debit. The system manages inventory, shipping, receiving, affiliate inventory, and purchase of new stock for inventory. The system also produces letters to schools, renters and affiliates for various reasons. The system is also able to interact with the credit bureau to provide up-to-date information on renter’s credit rating.
Funeral Home Manager
Multi-user system allows for tracking client interactions, services purchased and funds held in trust accounts. Quotes for services can be created easily. Compile quote items from drop down menus linked to prices and product information from the vendors and products modules. Services modules track the client status and services rendered. Clients are moved smoothly from Pre-Need to At-Need status. Trust accounts module allows trust payments to be accounted for and interest on those accounts calculated. Vendor and Product module allows for easy entry and updating of product pricing. Stock levels are tracked within the Products module. Statements, Quotes and Invoices can be emailed or printed one at a time or batched. Accounting and Collection reports are within touch of a button. The system incorporates session logging so the administrator can see when each user logged in and out. The User Accounts module allows quick and easy administration of user accounts.

Translations Industry
A company that gathers requests for lingual services based on pre-defined contractual terms for various organizations. The requests are then assigned to various translators based on their qualifications and language they speak. Information after the appointment is completed is gathered in the system for invoicing on a monthly basis. The system gives the user the ability to choose the appointments that are to build for that month and indicators of the appointments that have not been build for yet. A few select clients also have the ability to make requests through a web form that goes directly into the system to be processed.

Swim School
System creates projects to estimate and call out the various specifications for a custom home using pictures and text. Much of the specifications are part of a price manual that allows the user to update and manage products for a home that can be applied to an estimate. There is a scheduling aspect to the system that allows the user to change and manage the flow of the project’s construction process. There is also a use of change orders to allow the management of additions to a project. There are various validation’s built into the system to be visual indicators for a user to review information.
Polymers
A manufacturing company of plastic raw materials. System with a sales aspect that allows users to apply manufactured material to a sales order. If the material is not in stock then a work order is created. From that and other work orders a schedule is created to be able to manipulate the creation of the product with possibly other products sold of it’s type. There are various tools available to help the user create a schedule and increase efficiency with less down time for machine cleanup to start producing another product. Inventory area of raw material and recipe of finished goods. System manages vendors and clients, whom are able to have negotiated pricing set for specified finished products. Purchase Orders, receiving, shipping and invoicing help maintain control over raw materials and finished goods. The system is also integrated into Quickbooks allowing invoices to be pushed into that application so the financial depmt. can manage and track. Multiple custom reports and dashboard information offer overall information to make better decisions.
